Smart Laundry Scheduler helps students avoid wasted trips to dorm laundry rooms by providing real-time machine availability, queue visibility, and accountability features.

Through interviews, field observation, and usability testing, we designed a fairness-focused experience with booking expiration rules, reminders, and reward incentives to reduce stress and improve time planning for busy student routines.
